If you want to 'climb the ladder' within us and beyond, you will need to be a competent leader and manager. Leadership and management is a big part of the Air Cadet experience and we teach it right from the beginning because it is incredibly useful for all walks of life.  

Locally, we provide training to develop not only your leadership and management skills but also public speaking and instructional techniques. Further leadership and management training is provided at Wing level and beyond to enable Cadets to take on the responsibilities of higher rank.
